Being stuck at 233lbs is so frustrating, I think I need either eat more (‘cause I’m eating 1200 at the moment) or maybe change my workouts. I cycle, walk & run. I think I need something more challenging in means of exercise. 

I’ve been looking into HIIT, and that’s definitely something I can get on board with. After my final exam (which is this Friday!!), I’m going to go hard and get to my first official goal weight of 230lbs!
